pragmatic organizational executive with 20+ years’ experience in leading strategy and

profitability within a thriving organization. Driving global impact and expansion across

multi-million-dollar enterprises. Mr. Murphy provides insight on how to enhance the

business by implementing practical tools and methodologies to build sustainable impact

throughout the organizational ecosystem affecting clients, associates, and

shareholders.

Mr. Murphy successfully sold his specialty equipment manufacturing business in

October 2022 after 10+ years of growing the business through numerous large growth

phases until the sale, including receiving Patent 11,635,236 for Optimization Sensor and

Pool Heater Utilization Same and Related Methods for a unique margin enhancing

feature on a critical product line.

Presently, Charles holds multiple positions, including Regional President at COSI, Chief

Executive Officer at Gateway Now, a firm focused on transforming Engineering

departments by providing Strategic Sourcing services from around the globe and IT

platform services from India from APPS to APIs and everything in between to transform

businesses with a helping hand! Mr. Murphy has extensive experience in Mergers and

Acquisitions, Strategic Planning, and IoT development to transform a business culture.

Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University (Oxford,

OH/Luxembourg) and an MBA from the Williams College of Business at Xavier

University (Cincinnati, OH). Outside of the workplace, he also volunteers his time as

the Director of Oakwood Youth Basketball – 2 nd -6 th grade competitive basketball league

in Oakwood, OH.
