Dan has been a CPA for over 45 years. He has occupied C-Suite positions such as CFO, COO and President for 35 years with the balance of his career having been spent in public accounting, where he was a Consulting Partner with a large regional CPA firm as well as owning his own CPA practice where he specialized in organizational transformation, systems integration and CEO and CFO advisory services.

He has a history of growing an organization’s revenue, improving its margins and EBITDA for both employers and clients.

Dan is well versed in a large number of business sectors including manufacturing, retail, service and construction.  

He has also worked with several Private Equity companies, as both a CFO and Consultant.

His career has focused primarily on middle market companies with revenues ranging from $10 million to $1.2 billion.

• Prepared 70 business plans resulting in significantly improved Revenue and EBITDA,

• Implemented 35 fully integrated ERP systems,

• Implemented 20 fully integrated manufacturing cost systems,

• Implemented FP&A & Reporting Systems (including integrated KPI reporting), and

• Implemented Inventory, Planning and Manufacturing Shop Floor Systems resulting in improved visibility and accuracy.

Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA degree from California State University, Northridge.
