Dr Silva is a mission-driven Independent Physician in private practice and leader for over 22 years in the Los Angeles area. As a visionary leader he built Mosaic Family Care Medical Group that has served the underserved communities in the Greater Los Angeles area. He has capabilities for creating a path to success and tries to embrace all his colleagues to work together to create an association of collaboration and growth. He can lead people and get things done. Dr Silva brings a holistic approach to independent practice initiatives and get projects done on time and within budget which affects the bottom-line. He is passionate about his patients and his staff, and his Student Resident Physicians in the Family Medicine Residency Program he helps teach.
He has served as a CEO, president, of his medical group for 22 years, bringing exceptional value as a strategic-servant leader through extensive experience and acumen in strategic planning, organizational design and development, innovation, capturing incentive programs by payers, and deep operational expertise among other areas of impact.
Dr Silva holds a Bachelor’s Degree in biology, Medical Degree from the University of California, Davis.
