Mr. Hoagland has led multiple businesses in the past decade ranging in value from $23 million to $1.1 billion in annual revenue. He has leveraged business and financial acumen to drive change management, process improvements and organizational improvements to drive financial success and oversight in P&L management. This has led to financial improvement in each business he has led during his tenure.

Reed has a long-standing history of leadership in both operational management as well as financial management roles, having been responsible as a Controller for a several hundred million dollar per year business unit.

In addition to President and Controller roles, Reed has led many businesses through strategic planning processes as a Strategy Coach to drive financial expectations over a 3–5-year timeframe. In addition, he has been involved in several successful acquisition and divestitures over the past 30 years.
