Thomas has over 20 years of success driving growth, disrupting markets, and completing turnarounds with successful exits. As a Chief Executive and Board Director/Advisor, he has identified opportunities, formed partnerships, raised capital, built operations, entered markets, and driven sales to take startups and early-stage companies to profitable growth. His entrepreneurial spirit has led him to become a highly sought out consultant and business strategist. For many consulting clients, he has been contracted for implementing what he considers his niche: "The Stakeholder-Managed, Business Optimization Plan".  

Gavin came to COSi to help others become strong leaders and successful businesspeople. With a love for helping others and with his vast experience in building, growing/scaling, and creating opportunities for companies, Thomas felt that he could truly make a difference for those who want to invest in their own success. 

In addition to being a Regional President with COSi, he also is the CEO and Vice Chairman of Cannatrac Financial Corp., the Director of Investor Relations for DeFonseka, and the Managing Member and Lead Consultant at TEG Consulting, LLC.
