Jason has made a career around coaching and helping others pursue their passions. He has over 24 years of experience in D1 coaching, education administration, and local government leadership.

Jason spent the past 10 years working with grassroots businesses to establish their base organization, rapidly maximize their profitability, and solidify their impact within their communities. He has experience in all stages of business from start up to retirement. He loves working with high achieving teams to streamline efficiencies and maximize output.

Jason attended Murray State University in Murray, KY where he was a decorated runner in cross country and track and field. He continued his education and obtained his Master’s at the University of Tennessee at Martin.
