Keith is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in operations and leadership roles. With a strong background in healthcare management, Keith has successfully led and optimized operations in various healthcare settings which includes dialysis, health information technology (HIT), wound care, and federally qualified health centers (FQHC).

Keith has demonstrated a proven track record of implementing best practices to maximize organizational performance, driving operational excellence through cross- functional team management for improving patient outcomes and quality of care, streamlining workflows and managing resources effectively, resulting in clinics achieving Centers of Excellence recognition and high customer satisfaction – Press Ganey 99th percentile.

Having held key leadership positions in both small clinics and large healthcare systems, Keith has developed a deep understanding of the complex challenges and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry such as the Joint Commission (TJC), DHH, and HRSA, while successfully leading teams through periods of change, growth, and uncertainty, consistently delivering results and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Keith holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in business administration (BSBA) from the University of Louisville’s College of Business, and a Master’s degree in Health Administration (MHA) from Louisiana State University (LSU) at Shreveport.
