Kurt is a distinguished executive with extensive experience spanning Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, and Operational Management. Renowned for his purpose-driven approach to leadership, he excels in team building, fostering growth through data-driven insights, and driving organizational success. His exceptional relationship-building skills and collaborative, results-oriented leadership style have consistently delivered long-term positive impacts.

As Founder and President of KOConsulting, Kurt has served in senior strategic advisory roles including as CEO, CFO and COO for various clients. His achievements include multiple system implementations, launching an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) to improve retention and ownership liquidity, and complex contract, lease and M&A negotiations delivering positive results for clients.

Kurt’s industry experience includes manufacturing, distributions, professional services, food, healthcare and real estate. His skills were honed for nearly a decade at Ernst & Young focusing on private entreprenuerial companies. Throughout his career he continued to serve this entrepreneurial client. As an entrepreneur, in addition to founding KOConsulting, he also successfully launched two other companies in the Home Services and Cleaning Services industries.

He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Dayton.
