Michael (Mike) is a proven sales leader who has driven teams to success in varying industries for the past 9 years. Most recently Mike was a regional sales analyst for a civil engineering firm located in Jacksonville, Florida. Holding a masters in Higher Education, Mike has worked with universities and colleges assisting them with their admissions forecasting and student success analysis. Mike's determination to see organizations succeed has led to his efforts preventing departmental closure by reallocating resources, creating new student pipelines and developing mutually profitable partnerships. His work adventures have inspired Mike to pursue a doctoral degree from George Washington University. Mike's dissertation revolves around research that suggests optimization of an employee's natural talent, yields the maximization of bottom-line revenue.
