Mr. Michael Cole has extensive experience managing large scale operations and high-profile projects in the United States and abroad for corporate and retail businesses, manufacturing and industrial clients, healthcare, education, hospitality, entertainment industries, oil and gas corporations, private contractors and the public sector.

Michael began his career in 1995 by joining a small local fire and water damage restoration contractor in Houston, TX as a cleaning technician. In 1997 Michael moved to Alva, OK where he began his college pitching career playing baseball with Northwestern Oklahoma State University’s baseball team. In late 2000, Michael relocated back to Houston when he joined Cotton Holdings. Michael was responsible for the oversight of Cotton’s Restoration and Construction operations. His primary responsibilities were to support the development and overall growth of the Operations department while providing continued support to the ever-changing and demanding needs of their clientele. Having critical Operations Management and Logistical Support in his background, Michael brought key site work experience, attention to detail, and the strong sense of urgency that is critical to the successful execution of large-scale operations in remote areas of the world. Building and managing exceptional teams within the Cotton organization for over 15 years, Michael took a bold stance in his business career and founded NORCOLE Commercial, LLC. in 2015.

NORCOLE Commercial is a Houston based commercial construction company that has more than 20 years of experience. Their skill and integrity quickly earned a reputation as one of the city’s most respected and reliable turnkey companies. Specializing in interior construction of commercial office buildings, medical facilities, retail and institutional settings, the company management attacks each project with a keen sense of urgency. In 2021, Michael sold NORCOLE Commercial to a long-time manager of the company.

Upon the successful transaction of NORCOLE Commercial, Michael had the great honor of being handpicked by Cotton Holdings Founder and CEO, Pete Bell, to rejoin the management team and help start the newly founded Cotton M&A division. Focused on growth and learning large business, Michael and team saw great results with the successful acquisition of five acquired assets by the close of the calendar year 2022. In October of 2024, Michael set out on his next challenge and joined the leadership team of COSi, as Market President in his hometown of Houston, TX.

Michael Cole has achieved continued success as an operator through leading by example and operating on a set of core values. In his two decades of management, Michael has also gained years of experience in finance, human resources, scaling internal and operating workflows, along with large scale asset and personnel deployment. Michael resides in Tomball, TX with many family members surrounding him.
