Dr. Ollie Malone
COACH - Texas
As an architect of change and senior executive coach for more than 35 years, Dr. Ollie Malone is honored to bring his successful change management experience to Cycle of Success Institute (COSI) clients in the Dallas, TX region and throughout the State of Texas.
Dr. Malone began his career as an agent of change with AT&T, as a member of the team who supported and coached leaders through AT&T’s divestiture in the early 1980s. Since that time, he has been a consultant/coach-of-choice to such organizations as American Express, Boeing, Howard Hughes, Procter and Gamble, The Mead Corporation, Pennzoil-Quaker State, Shell, Sprint, State Farm Insurance, and WalMart. His work with organiza-tions as small as 14 employees has helped to transform these organizations to informed, empowered, and well-respected places to work. He brings a deep understanding of how organizations change successfully and a transformative set of skills in helping leaders at all levels (from the shop floor to the C-suite) to be instrumental in making change—and maintaining the change.
Ollie holds degrees in Communication (B.A.), Business (MBA), Hearing and Speech (M.S.), Adult Learning and Organizational Development (Ph.D.), and Transformational Leadership (D.Min.) from such well-regarded institutions as William Jewell College, the University of Kansas, Amberton University, Texas A&M University and Bakke Graduate University.
A published author of five books (available on Amazon.com), several journal articles, and book chapters in Handbook of Diversity Management (first and second editions) and a book chapter in Gestalt Practice. He is a faculty member at the Gestalt Institute of Cleve-land, and has been listed on the roster of the NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Scien-tists—an invitation-only organization of the top 400 behavioral scientists in the world.
When he’s not creating and sustaining change, Ollie is an avid tennis player and watcher, a jazz, classical, and gospel musician (singer, pianist, organist, flutist, and electric bass player). He readily confesses that his most crowning achievement, however, is his son, Nathan who, along with his wife Kelly, have created four beautiful and brilliant grand-daughters who help keep Ollie’s pockets empty and his heart full.
