Played a key role in developing processes for customer flows., staffing, budgets and capital equipment purchases within several of the organizations he has been affiliated with.

His early career as an EMS provider and as a Second-Class Petty Officer in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman reflects his dedication to service, including active duty during Desert Storm, gives him an innate ability to maintain calm in stressful situations.
