He is the founder of ChangeRight; a consultancy that helps organizations deliver lasting impact by transforming the employee experience. From large-scale technology rollouts to culture diagnostics and workplace redesigns, his work always comes back to a simple truth: when people thrive, businesses do too.

Currently based in Arizona, Tom serves as Regional President for the Cycle of Success Institute, where he is focused on supporting clients across the Southwest to embrace change, accelerate growth, and build extraordinary workplaces.
