Vaughn Hartunian, Ph.D.

PRESIDENT

Vaughn has been a mission-driven business leader and educator for over 25 years. As a visionary leader he built Mt. Sierra College a 4-year bachelor’s degree accredited institution from the ground up and grew to 1200 students, over 3000 alumni, and 11-million-dollar revenue and positioned the College for acquisition. He has capabilities for creating a path. Where it is to where it wants to be. He can lead people and get things done. Vaughn can connect a holistic approach to company initiatives and get projects done on time and within budget which affects the bottom-line.

He has served as a CEO, president, Chairman of the board member, and faculty, bringing exceptional value as a strategic-servant leader through extensive experience and acumen in strategic planning, crisis management/turn around, organizational design and development, P&L, human capital development, innovation, new programs, and deep operational expertise among other areas of impact.

Vaughn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in physics, Masters in Engineering, and Ph.D. in Leadership
